LagosRide, an innovative ridesharing service, set out to change this narrative by providing a sustainable and efficient transportation alternative that could reduce emissions and promote eco-friendly commuting. However, to achieve this ambitious goal, they needed a digital platform that could seamlessly connect users, provide an exceptional experience, and manage operations effectively.

LagosRide approached us with a vision—to revolutionize urban mobility in Lagos by making it more sustainable, efficient, and accessible. Understanding the magnitude of this challenge, we knew our role was to design a digital ecosystem that would not only facilitate ridesharing but also inspire a shift towards greener transportation choices.
Working closely with the LagosRide team, we embarked on a journey to design an intuitive, user-centric digital platform. Through a series of collaborative workshops, user research, and strategic planning sessions, we gained a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by Lagos commuters and the operational needs of LagosRide.
